How do you put on a nose ring?

After washing your hands and sterilizing the nose ring, insert one end of the ring into the piercing, feed it through, then press the ring together with your fingers to close it. Be gentle at each stage to prevent damage to nasal tissue.

1. Wash hands and sterilize jewelry

   Wash your hands and the nose ring with antibacterial soap.

2. Remove the ball from the ring

   Remove the ball of the nose ring by gently pulling it apart. Add a small amount of antibacterial soap on the end to ease insertion.

3. Insert and fasten ring

   Gently slide one end of the hoop into the piercing. Do not push too hard, as this can cause injury. Gently push the ends of the ring together.
