The Quilter's Cache is a website run by Marcia Hohn, offering free lessons on and patterns for amateur quilting. The site was established in 1997.
The Quilter's Cache was established by Hohn with the help of her husband to provide easy quilting patterns for beginners. Hohn had difficulty finding quilting patterns online, and The Quilter's Cache was her solution. Hohn creates the quilting patterns available on the website herself, and her husband uploads them. Since its inception, the site has grown to include a newsletter, an online store and plans for a book. Hohn offers the how-to pages and patterns for free and profits off advertisements and sales in the store.
