Are ramen noodles fattening?

Ramen noodles are fattening, as an average serving contains 190 calories, 63 of which come from fat. A serving also contains 7 grams of fat total along with 26 grams of carbohydrates and 4 grams of protein.
A fresh cup of ramen in a restaurant, tends to be more nutritious than instant, pre-packaged ramen. This is because instant ramen is fried in oil before packaging and loaded with chemical preservatives such as MSG.
Perhaps the worst aspect of ramen, in terms of health, is that it consists mainly of bleached white flour. This means that there are very few nutritional elements in a serving.
