Howard Hanna is a family business under the leadership of Helen Hanna Casey. The acquisition of the firm was announced during a press conference in Michigan. It offers its services in different states, including New York, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and North Carolina. It is one of the largest firms in Michigan. As of 2012, it had up to 230 employees and 2,950 transactions in the year 2011.
