According to Clarence McClendon, he divorced his wife Tammera because she wanted out of the marriage, he was too young when they married at 18, and they got married for the wrong reasons. McClendon asked his wife to file for divorce in order to protect his personal image.

Clarence McClendon and his wife divorced after 16 years of marriage and four children. McClendon remarried Priscilla Delgado seven days after his divorce was finalized. McClendon is the pastor of Full Harvest International Church in Los Angeles, California. As of November 2015, he stars in the show "Preachers of LA," which airs on Oxygen.
