Where do red foxes live?
By Forinfos - 08/08/2025 - 0 comments
Red foxes live on several continents, including Asia, Africa, Europe and North America. They do not thrive in any one particular environment, but prosper in habitats ranging from grassland to desert.
Foxes prey on various animals, such as rabbits, rats, frogs and birds. They also feed on berries and scraps of human food from trash cans. Red foxes are actually gray or brown when they are born, and it takes a few weeks before red fur begins to appear. The average lifespan of a red fox is between 2 and 4 years, though most survive longer when isolated from the wild.
