Gabriel Brothers, now known as Gabe's, has stores in the following states; Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. As of November 2015, the company operates 53 stores under the Gabe's name and a further 59 under the Rugged Wearhouse brand name.

Gabe's sells clothes, shoes, accessories, beauty produces, houseware and small electrical items. The company opened its first store in 1961 in Morgantown, West Virginia, where it now has its headquarters. There are separate websites for the Gabe's and Rugged Wearhouse brands, and while there are no online sales, the sites provide store information and store locators.
