How do you remove contacts?

To remove contacts from an iPhone, open the Contacts application, select the contact you want to delete, click on the Edit button, and then click on the Delete Contact button at the bottom of the screen. However, the exact process of deleting contacts varies from one phone to another.

1. Open the Contacts application

   On the Home Screen of your iPhone, tap on the Contacts application to open the list of contacts stored in your iPhone. Find the contact you want to delete by searching for it in the search bar, and then tap on it.

2. Access the deletion menu

   To access the deletion menu, go to the top-right corner of the screen, and then tap the Edit button. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the Delete Contact button to delete the selected contact. Unless an external application is installed, iPhone users are allowed to delete only one contact at a time.

3. Confirm that you want to delete the selected contact

   When the iPhone asks whether you are sure you want to delete the selected contact, tap on Delete Contact again to confirm. This action deletes the selected contact from your iCloud account and the memory of your iPhone.
