How do you renew your California LifeLine membership?

To renew your California LifeLine membership, visit CaliforniaLifeLine.com, click on My Discount, and then click on Apply or Renew Online. Enter your PIN and telephone number, and click Log In. Your PIN is sent to you, along with a renewal form, through the postal mail, as of 2015.

You can also renew your California LifeLine membership by postal mail. Complete and sign the renewal form and send it to California LifeLine Administrator, P.O. Box 8417, Westminster, CA, 92684-8417.

If you do not receive your renewal notice and PIN in the mail, call 877-858-7463, Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m and 7 p.m. to speak with an administrator.
