The crediting institution for the Sears card is the Sears Holding Corporation. This card is only accepted at Sears Holding Corporation subsidiaries. The crediting institution for the Sears MasterCard is CitiBank. Unlike the Sears Card, the Sears MasterCard is accepted everywhere that MasterCard is accepted. The Sears Card can be renewed by contacting Sears, either in store or online.
