Who repairs GE Profile Harmony washers?

A certified GE technician can repair a GE Profile Harmony washer. As of March 2015, consumers can schedule GE service and repair under the Appliance Service and Repair section of the GE Appliances website. From here, consumers can also update appointments, or get pricing estimates prior to service.

GE appliance service can also be scheduled by calling 800-GECares, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. GE-certified technicians use only genuine GE parts for repair and offer flexible scheduling for service appointments. At the time of the repair, consumers can also purchase extended warranties.
