RHT stockings are stockings that have a reinforced heel and toe. They come in a variety of styles to suit the wearer's needs. RHT stockings are notably diverse in tone and use and can be used during formal occasions or nights out on the town.

The heel, toe and welt of the stocking features a run guard that prevents the stockings from running at places of stress. The run guard is made so that it cannot be felt or noticed during wear. RHT stockings need a garter to hold them in place.

RHT stockings were popular in the 1950s. They are typically made in a circular fashion from non-stretch nylon.
