To repair tools under warranty, owners must deliver the tools by prepaid transportation to the Ridge Tool Company in Elyria, Ohio, or take the tools to any RIDGID independent service center. They must return pipe wrenches and hand tools to the place of purchase. The company repairs or replaces products under warranty and returns them at no charge. The warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
