Royal Raymond Rife, an American inventor, created the Rife Frequency Generator in the 1920s, advises Device Watch. He claimed that microbes have auras that emit radio waves at specific frequencies and that his device could kill the microbes by emitting radio waves at the same frequency. Two individuals have been jailed for selling similar devices based on Rife's technology.
