Rohl repairs its faucets under warranty for free within the first 5 years of their installation. The company repairs or replaces any materials or parts that are defective due to a manufacturing or installation issue.

Rohl does not repair anything that has damage or breakage due to labor or freight and only repairs items that have damage due to manufacturing issues. For material that is defective, the proof of purchase and a picture of the damage are necessary. The consumer must return the damaged item with damage; Rohl refuses to replace any equipment if it hasn't received the original part.
