According to KOFLCO, SCCM – or Standard Cubic Centimeters per Minute – is a unit for measuring the flow of gases or liquids through a point. Its SI standard equivalent is cubic meters per second (m³/s).
SCCM is dependant on a standard temperature and pressure; the standards vary between certain agencies and industries. Two known industry standards for temperatures are zero degrees Celsius and 20 degrees Celsius, and pressure is commonly measured at one atmospheric pressure. It is important to note what standards are being used when measuring and reading SCCM. The SI equivalent of SCCM, m³/s, can include prefixes to denote different temperatures and pressures.
