Do Securus' phone services allow you to receive calls from inmates?

Securus' phone service does allow inmates to make telephone calls. The person who wants to receive inmate calls must create an account at the Securus website, and fund a calling account the inmate can use to place calls.
Calling accounts are funded either through the Securus' AdvanceConnect prepaid calling plan, a monthly billing plan, through a traditional collect-calling system, or inmate debit system. Recipients of an inmate call hear a recorded message announcing that they are receiving a call from the inmate, giving them the option to accept, decline or block future calls from the inmate. Not all institutions allow Securus calls.
