The case reveals that once consumers sprinkle the powder on their food, the customer feels full and begins to lose their appetite, notes the Federal Trade Commission. Due to the company making false claims and misleading consumers, the court ordered that the business pays approximately more than $26 million dollars so that users that made purchases would get a refund.
