The service area for the Logan Express Shuttle is the greater Boston area. The shuttle service picks up and returns passengers to stations at Back Bay, Braintree, Framingham, Peabody and Woburn.

Riders from the Back Bay neighborhood can depart from the Hynes Convention Center and Copely T station. The shuttle drops off and picks up passengers at every Logan Airport terminal. Riders can choose between a one-way or roundtrip ticket. Parking is available at shuttle pick-up points for an additional fee. Groups of 15 or more are required to make reservations 72 hours in advance of departure. Tickets can be purchased at the airport terminal or on the bus prior to departure.
