To find your service provider's map of a power outage, start by going to the company's website. Then find the link to view outage information.
For example, to find a map of a power outage through RG&E, visit RGE.com and go to the Outage Central page. Select the Electricity Outage Map. Enter an address or a county name; the default setting displays the entire state. The state map displays the number of customers served, the number of customers without power and the percentage of the customer base without power. You can also look at the estimated time for service to be restored.
