How do you set a Victor mouse trap?

To set a standard Victor mouse trap, remove any packaging. Add bait, pull back and hold the snap wire. Move the arm bar over the snap wire and hook it into the bait pedal, then carefully release pressure on the snap wire until the arm bar holds it in place.

Remember to keep fingers well away from the line of fire when releasing pressure on the snap wire. The bent end of the arm bar should sit snugly under the notch in the bait pedal.

Place traps along walls or other areas where there are signs of mouse activity. Victor recommends using peanut butter, chocolate or hazelnut spread as bait.
