In the past Shark has offered numerous free shipping promotions not contingent on a particular purchase.

Shark's free shipping promotions, new and old alike, are available on large discount sites, such as RetailMeNot, UltimateCoupons and DontPayFull.com. Promotions on these websites can expire or become otherwise invalidated, so they may not always work. Likewise, they occasionally just link to a deal on Shark's website that does not provide any unique discount beyond what Shark is already offering.
