As of 2015, Ideel does not offer free shipping, but does offer a flat-rate shipping deal that applies over a 30-day period, during which a customer can make as many orders as he or she wants, including as many items as he or she wants, for the same shipping rate.

Certain items in the Ideel catalog carry additional charges due to weight, freight delivery or size. Items carrying additional charges generally list this fact. In addition to flat-rate shipping, Ideel also offers expedited shipping, next day and two-day shipping.
