In-store pickup is always free, no matter the cost of the items, according to the Wal-Mart website. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more is the company's Value Shipping option, and an item can take from 6 to 8 days to arrive at a home or business.

To get items faster than 6 to 8 days, the Standard, Expedited or Rush delivery options are all good choices, but they can make shipping costs $7 and up as of April 2015.
