Shell gift cards marked refillable are reloadable in amounts from $25 to $300, according to the issuer. The cards can be purchased online in $25, $50 and $100 denominations. Shell does not charge cardholders monthly servicing or inactivity fees, and a card's balance can be checked over the phone toll-free or online and is also provided on the customer's receipts.
