What are some short team-building activities suitable for office workers?

Office workers can engage in a number of short team-building activities, such as Grab Bag Skits, Salt and Pepper, and Take What You Need. Additional games include Concentration and Beach Ball Toss.

Grab Bag Skits involves groups of mostly 3 to 8 people, with each group having a goodie bag. Each player must create skits using all the objects in their bags, and the teams compete with one another. On the other hand, Salt and Pepper is a game in which participants are supposed to guess between two words on a piece of paper that has been taped on them. Take What You Need is a game in which participants take as much as they need from a list of items and are then required to answer questions for each item they picked.
