How often should you feed a 7-month-old puppy?

A 7-month-old puppy should be fed twice a day, unless its veterinarian makes other recommendations. The first meal is in the morning, and the second is around 5 p.m.
When they have their last meal in the late afternoon, there is plenty of time for puppies to digest and then go on a final bathroom run before settling in for the night. Puppies should be fed high-quality chow designed for their developmental period. It should not contain additional sugars or fillers that do not provide nutritional value. In addition to limiting a puppy's growth and development, low-quality puppy food can affect the animal's digestive system, leading to constipation or diarrhea.
