What should be included in a good personal profile?

In a good personal profile, an individual should include his educational background, industry experience, core transferable skills and career aim. A personal profile is essentially a summary of a person's professional career that allows recruiters to identify the value he can add to their organizations.
Well-written personal profile statements are between 50 and 200 words, are succinct and get straight to the point. Personal profiles serve as an introduction to a CV and help set the precedence for what recruiters should be looking for. Personal profiles should be free of flowery adjectives and cliché phrases, and they shouldn't make bigger claims than a resume shows.
