What should you look for when hiring a drywall contractor?

When hiring a drywall contractor, be sure he is currently licensed and ask about his experience. Ask questions about his business, education and training to gain valuable information about his services.
Look up the contractor’s name on the Better Business Bureau website to see if he has any complaints, and check the validity of his license. Ask for pictures or references from some of his previous customers, as some of them may be willing to give this information. Ask how long he has been in business, where he learned drywall and if he has insurance. Also ask about his crew and whether or not he uses subcontractors.
