The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agriculture Library publishes a carbohydrate counting chart on its website, and the American Diabetes Association publishes a list of carbs for common foods. A more comprehensive list of carbohydrate information for most foods is available on Atkins, which is the official website for the Atkins diet.

Atkins maintains a list of the most common low-carb food and their respective carbohydrate values. Visitors to the website can sort acceptable foods by the phase of the diet they are using, such as Phase 1, 2, 3 or 4. There are also other tools available for low-carb dieters available from Atkins including a carb tracker for a computer or mobile app.
