Is there a skin repellent for bed bugs?
By Forinfos - 18/11/2025 - 0 comments
There is no skin repellent that has been shown to be effective against bed bugs. In fact, bed bugs have been known to sit on top of insect repellents until they died.
As of 2014, there is no repellent specific to bed bugs in formulation because of the high cost and stringent regulations regarding indoor pesticides.
The best protection against bed bugs is to prevent them from gaining access to your house and furniture. Avoiding discarded furniture, bedding or clothes and getting rid of extra clutter in the home that may provide places for bed bugs to live and hide are one way to do this.
