According to Online World of Wrestling, Brock Lesnar had his manager Paul Heyman harass The Undertaker's pregnant wife Sara in their dressing room, luring The Undertaker into an attack from behind. Following the attack, Brock Lesnar put his hand on Sara's belly and cursed.

Online World of Wrestling reports this storyline as occurring on the episode of WWE Smackdown broadcast on September 12, 2002.

Paul Heyman's advances on Sara were played on the big screen in the arena during The Undertaker's match with Matt Hardy, resulting in The Undertaker running from the ring to rescue his wife. Heyman and Lesnar had already been banned from ringside during the match.
