The Undertaker did not die; as of 2014, the wrestler is 49 years old. The Undertaker became the subject of a death hoax in April 2014 when parody site Empire Sports reported he had been found by his wife in his Texas home.

Several news outlets including The Independent and International Business Times quickly released reports refuting the claim. Born Mark William Calaway in Houston, Texas, The Undertaker made his professional wrestling debut in 1984. His career highlights include WWE Champion, World Heavy Weight Champion, World Tag Team Champion, WCW Tag Team Champion, and Hardcore Champion. He was also featured in the 1991 comedy "Suburban Commando" and the 1999 documentary "Beyond the Mat."
