What is a springless trampoline?

A springless trampoline is a type of trampoline that does not rely on springs in its design and functionality. Also known as a spring-free trampoline, this design is safer and more stable than its traditional counterparts.

There are two main ways in which springless trampolines provide a rebounding effect. The first design uses special rods located under the rim of the jumping area. As the user puts pressure on the trampoline, the rods flex, producing a rebounding effect. The second design replaces traditional coil springs with elastic bands made out of thick material. In both cases, the springless designs offer a steadier and much safer bounce.
