Is there a stackable Maytag washer 2000 series?

Maytag does make a 2000 series washer that is stackable. However, the Duet Sport & Epic Z Stack Kit, which is Maytag part # 8572546, needs to be purchased and installed with a compatible dryer.

Maytag manufactures the Performance Series 2000 Front Load Washer and the Performance Series High-Efficiency Electric Dryer which are capable of being stacked with additional parts and installation required. Maytag has a Duet Sport & Epic Z Stack Kit that stacks the dryer on top of the washer. Instructions for installation are included, and basic tools are all that is needed to complete the installation process. Although the 2000 series washer and dryer have been discontinued, there may still be limited availability at outlet stores or local retailers.
