StateofInsanity.com is a web services provider. It hosts web pages for members, provides chat space and offers email accounts. The organization that runs the pages, Cyber Help Inc., considers the site to be a community and refers to the fees paid for services as taxes.

The site has been active online for 20 years, and it still uses graphics and design that recall the early days of the Internet. Users sign up to be citizens of the community and CHI encourages them to keep chat flow free and clean. As well as using the main chat, citizens create homepages or chat rooms, and they are responsible for the content on these.
