What is a steam dryer?
By Forinfos - 30/03/2026 - 0 comments
Steam dryers are conventional clothes dryers that incorporate steam into the drying cycle. These machines do not use steam to dry clothes, but instead use it to more effectively clean clothing.
Steam dryers, while operating as normal clothes dryers, heat water to a high enough temperature, creating steam. This steam penetrates the fabric so deeply that germs and odor-causing bacteria in the material are eliminated. The clothing is essentially sterilized by this process. Steam cycles also help to release stubborn wrinkles by relaxing the fabric. Some steam dryers have steam-only cycles that lightly clean the laundry by removing lingering odors. .
