As of 2015, the website's map shows coverage for all services across most the United States, with significant coverage gaps only in the Rocky Mountains, Northern Maine, the upper Great Plains, Southern Oregon and the Cascade Mountains. Check both the region and phone on the Straight Talk website to ensure coverage is available.

Straight Talk offers prepaid voice and data plans of one month, three months, six months and one year.
