To subscribe to Food Lion's weekly sales ad, go to Foodlion.com, select Savings & Promotions and then the MVP Weekly Specials Email. Enter an email address, state, city and store, and click Submit.

Subscribing to the MVP weekly specials email gives customers access to unadvertised specials as well as more coupons, giveaways and ideas for meals. The Food Lion iPhone app also lets customers access weekly specials and coupons, receive new product alerts, find the closest Food Lion locations and get recipes. Clicking Weekly Specials on the left side of the email signup page also brings up weekly circulars from Food Lion.
