Does the Subway $5 menu change?

Subway began phasing out its $5 foot-long promotion in 2014, replacing it with the Simple $6 menu. The Simple $6 menu features the Black Forest Ham, Meatball Marinara and Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and Italian B.M.T. sandwiches. It also features the Turkey Breast and Tuna sandwiches, as of 2015.

When the $5 promotion was active, Subway offered nine foot-long sandwiches regularly and one special foot-long sandwich monthly.

Since Subway is a franchise business, not all Simple $6 menus are the same in all markets, and not all restaurants participate in the $6 promotion. The promotion includes a 6-inch sub sandwich, bag of chips and a 21-ounce fountain drink.
