Does SUNY offer online studies?

As of March 2015, The State University of New York, or SUNY, offers online study through its Open SUNY portal. Students can utilize Open SUNY to take individual courses or to obtain a degree.

Each of the 64 SUNY schools offers at least one degree through Open SUNY. Once a student chooses a course of study, he must apply through a school offering the courses. Credits and degrees are issued by the school the student chooses. Certificates as well as associate's, bachelor's and master's degrees can be completed with online study through Open SUNY. Financial aid, tutoring and other services are available to students who choose online studies.
