Symptoms of Ewing’s sarcoma include arm, leg, chest, back or pelvis pain and swelling; limited range of joint motion; fever with no apparent cause; and bones that break easily for no specific reason, according to WebMD. The condition can be the result of many events, including infections and bodily injuries.

Ewing's sarcoma is rare form of cancer that generally affects the bones or areas immediately around the bones, notes Mayo Clinic. Although it mostly afflicts children and young adults, it can appear in people of all ages. It often attacks the leg bones and hipbones, but it can affect many other body areas, including bones in the arms, chest and spine.
