If any symptoms of testicular cancer last longer than two weeks, it is imperative to see a doctor, says Mayo Clinic. Symptoms that can be signs of testicular cancer include a lump or enlargement of a testicle, a feeling of heaviness in the scrotum, or back pain.
Other symptoms of testicular cancer include an ache in the abdomen or groin, a sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum, pain or discomfort of a testicle or the scrotum, and enlargement or tenderness of the breasts, says Mayo Clinic.
Testicular cancer that spreads to other areas can cause symptoms such as a lack of energy, random sweating or fever, says WebMD.
