YP Holdings LLC publishes The Real Yellow Pages telephone directories; it is not a division of AT&T. AT&T sold AT&T Interactive and AT&T Advertising Solutions, the subsidiary that produces The Real Yellow Pages, to Cerberus in 2012. In return AT&T received 47 percent ownership of the new company.
YP Holdings LLC produces 1,200 different directories in 22 states distributed to over 150 million homes and businesses, as of 2012. The company also operates YP.com which is a top 40 website, and YP Local Ad Network, which has 71 million unique visitors per month. YP Holdings LLC also owns the YPmobile app.
