Taco Bell provides a monthly sweepstakes with a prize of $100 for customers who take its customer satisfaction survey by visiting tellthebell.com. A list of previous winners is provided on the website.

On the website, a 16-digit survey code found on the customer receipt must be entered in order to access the survey. If the survey code is not present on the receipt, an alternate link is provided where the store number, date and time from the receipt can be entered.

The survey must be completed to be eligible for entry into the sweepstakes. The sweepstakes is open to anyone who is a legal resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older.
