Keyshia Cole has an intricate tattoo on her wrist. According to FreeTattooDesings.org, the tattoo is comprised of a rose with flames and her initials, “K.C.”

Tattoo artist “Mister Cartoon” created the design on Cole’s left wrist. The tattoo is designed with black ink, and Cole often accentuates it with jewelry. Cole has had the tattoo since at least 2009, since she has been pictured wearing it in news articles from that year on TattooLoaders.com. Cole told Urban Ink about the design: “On my left wrist I have "K.C." with clouds and a rose and smoke coming from it, because I’m hot.”
