What are BSNL broadband plans?

A BSNL broadband plan is an Internet connection contract offered by telecommunications provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. BSNL offers customers limited and unlimited broadband plans via a landline network that includes free calling to other customers.

BSNL was incorporated in September 2000. As of 2014, it provides telecommunication services in all of India with the exception of New Delhi and Mumbai. The company provides basic phone services, GSM and CDMA mobile services and VoIP calling as well as broadband Internet. BSNL is a public-sector unit that offers prepaid broadband service with no fixed monthly charges. Customers buy vouchers each month to recharge their accounts.
