Some Taobao agent services include Taobao Focus, Tmall Agent and engtaobao.com. Taobao is one of China's largest online marketplaces where internet users buy products from merchants. To use agent services, a customer needs to register with the agent and order directly from the agent. Customers receive tracking codes once the product is shipped to their desired address. The fee for most agents is 10 percent of the product's price.
