What is Textwrangler 3.0?

TextWrangler 3.0 is a text editing application for the Mac operating system, as of 2015. The software has many features, including the capability of comparing differences and replacing text in two files simultaneously.

The software is capable of opening corrupt text documents, removing unusable text and saving the file. Furthermore, it can reverse field names in multiple files. For example, if a file has text in a customer last name, customer identification number order, TextWrangler can manipulate the text in reverse order using the Find and Replace feature. It can also edit Unix configuration files as well as save files in the Unicode Transformation Format.
