What are thermal binoculars?
By Forinfos - 01/01/2026 - 0 comments
Thermal binoculars are binoculars that use thermal imaging or night vision to allow the wearer to see without light. This technology is also used in video cameras for home and business surveillance, and in medical devices for detecting cancer and abnormal heat patterns.
Thermography works by detecting infrared radiation, which is a result of body heat. It produces images of the objects viewed and distinguishes them from each other by heat level, allowing a building to be viewed distinctly from the street in total darkness because their heat levels are different. Warm objects such as animals and humans are easiest to see with thermal vision.
